Grow resilience. Deepen connection. Day by day.
Training Compassion is an evidence-based course from Emory University’s Center for Contemplative Science — teachers, community, and daily practice, all in one place.
Not a quick fix. Built for daily consistency and lasting benefits.
This isn't just a course you finish. It's a practice you keep.
The value isn’t a certificate you get when you finish the course. It’s the practices you learn that begin to change how you move through daily life and relate to others. Your membership then keeps going after the course ends for the rest of the year to encourage continued growth through: daily prompts, a living community, and a meditation library that’s there for you long after the course ends.
Move through self-guided lessons
8 modules introduce practices designed to strengthen resilience and compassion, step by step. Learn through interactive and self-guided lessons alongside fictional characters there to support your journey.
Attend live sessions
9 live sessions during the course with fellow learners, guided by a certified teacher. Deepen understanding of each module’s practice, connect with others, and receive guidance from a trained instructor.
Practice daily
Support your daily effort with the meditation library, meditation streak counter, journal, calendar, and community page.
Built for who you are, not just what
you'll learn
Same core practice — Cognitively Based Compassion Training — shaped for the
